We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we'll send you a new size, color, style, or issue you a refund.

You have up to 30 days from ship date to return items. We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Custom Orders

There are no return on custom orders. Names are printed as provided. Photos provided by you will be printed as is, please make sure your photos are clear and ready for print.

Damages
 If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 3 days of package delivery to file a claim for an exchange (no refunds allowed for items damaged in transit). Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**Accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.
